Baking Organization Tip #5: Heat Sealing

When I’m sending cookies or wanting them to stay fresh longer, I use a heat sealer! I get all of my cookies in bags and then start using my handy dandy (pink) heat sealer. I also use squiggly craft scissors so it’s easier to open the bag!

Baking Organization Tip #4: Silicone Mats

I don’t want to waste too much parchment paper! Plus, baking sugar cookies on this textured, perforated silicone mat allows for a cute design on the bottom of each cookie. It bakes more evenly and is non-stick! I got these off of Amazon and also use a different type of silicone mat with guide lines for macarons.
