KiKi's Cakes I am a local baker who specializes in custom cakes for all occasions, wedding cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Hi! Thanks for your interest!!

I'm Kristin Hall, mother of 3 precious kiddos, a sweet rescue dog named Phoenix, and wife of 1 awesome husband. I make cakes out of my home as my creative outlet and way to contribute a little financially to my family. I enjoy being a full-time mommy, running, chauffeuring my kids around, and sipping on beer and wine with my friends and family. I have been making cakes since 2004 when I graduated

culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in Austin (Baking & Patisserie program). I trained under Browen Weber (the most Awesome cake decorator to ever compete on the Food Network). Before choosing to stay home to raise our children, I worked in Restaurants & Hotels, including the Horseshoe Bay Marriott as both a lead baker and purchasing manager. I have spent the last 11 years working out of my home in Bee Cave making custom cakes and pastries. My cake art has grown through the years as my friends and I have grown up too! It started with bridal shower cakes and moved to wedding cakes, baby shower cakes, and now lots and lots of kid cakes. I still manage to squeeze in a few weddings each year, though! I pride myself in my dedication to my family and to my craft. That being said, at this point my cake business comes 2nd. I have 3 children -2 in elementary school and a busy 2 year old toddler, so I work in the evenings once they go to bed and during nap time. I've spent years perfecting my cake and icing recipes, and spend hours decorating each cake. Everything is customized to each clients' taste & theme.
