Busy Whisk Bakery is back! I am not accepting custom orders, but I plan to offer some special treats each month — starting with a Buche de Noel for your December events!
If you’re looking for a festive holiday dessert, I am offering Buche de Noel (Yule log cakes) for pickup in Circle C West.
Each cake will come with sugared rosemary and sugared cranberries packaged separately for decoration. You can also dust with powdered sugar before serving if desired.
I have a limited number of orders I can accept at this time so don’t delay if you’d like to get one!
Each cake serves 8-12, depending on size of slices.
$75 per cake (cash or Venmo)
$5 for delivery within the area of Menchaca to 1826, William Cannon to 45/1626

This is a cottage food product, and it meets all required Texas Cottage Food requirements.
Each cake will be delivered frozen unless otherwise requested. Cake should be kept in the freezer and moved to the refrigerator approximately 36 hours before serving. **Remember to remove foil and plastic wrap before placing in the refrigerator**
I like to let it sit at room temperature for an hour before serving, but I know many who prefer it cold. Cake is safe to keep at room temperature for 3 days.
