Meet Pat, our GM and resident bagel mastermind 🤝

He’s been holding it down at Rosen’s for 3 years, loyal to the Jalapeño Cheddar with Lime Roasted Poblano Scallion schmear combo. If he had to pick just one bagel for life, it’d be a toss-up between Jalapeño Cheddar and Everything 🤹 But if he could create his own, you’d be ordering 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘗𝘢𝘵-𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯 — a Thyme-and-Oregano-infused Bagel topped with Red Onion and Mozzarella 🧑‍🍳🥯

Ever wonder how we do it? 🤔 𝗪𝗲’𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝟰𝟴-𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗹 𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹! 🥯

It starts with our special sponge — a mix of flour, water, and yeast that sits for 48 hours to develop the perfect base.
