The caramelized crust (actually it’s the Maillard Effect) is the first part of your bite—after you crunch through you’re greeted by extra soft 00 stone milled wheat. The contrast of the textures is so surprising. 😊😊😊
This requires a lot more effort, but totally worth the trouble!
