I had so much fun creating these for a Dental Assistant Week celebration. As a former dental assistant myself, it made me smile seeing a team take time to celebrate the hardworking assistants who keep everything running smoothly.

Some seasons feel frozen in place heavy, quiet, uncertain.

As I take in these unexpected days at home with my family, gifted by the weather, I find myself watching the rain chain outside my window that reminds me, even the gentlest moments can carry a weight I can’t ignore.

In the cookie and baking space, where so many different people gather, speaking up can cost you followers. I know that. But staying silent also carries its own weight.

Status doesn’t matter. This is personal.
Our people.
Our families.
Our future.

If the world feels heavy for you right now, you’re not broken. You’re human. And you don’t have to carry it alone. Unity matters even when things feel frozen, movement is still possible.

I don’t speak up often, but after this week, I’m exhausted and my heart is heavy. I won’t be debating politics or beliefs in my DMs this is my page and my peace.

Behind every successful woman is a tribe of other successful women who have her back!!! This is my tribe!!!! Happy freaking Austin Latina day Mi Gente!!

3 years ago I went to the first Latina day event by and walked out feeling inspired, motivated and with a “I Got This” kind of attitude!! Now I stand by Mrs. Austin Latina herself,Bessy, as her Brand Liaison, and all because SHE believes in me!!
With my family’s love and support, and these women behind me, I believe in myself!!
Surrounding yourself with women who would mention your name in a room full of opportunities is such a blessing.

It’s almost time for the Cookie and Mug decorating class and space is limited! Here is the specifics:

This will be held , Sunday July 23rd 1-3pm.

This is a High Tea Event. There will be several teas to choose from as well as some complimentary drinks.

Tea sandwiches will be catered by my amazing Amiga
and here is the menu:
- Cucumber Dill
- Caprese Croissants
- Ham & Cheese

Cookie decorating class will be held by your truly

Meanwhile you will also get to make a mug of your choice to take home by my talented friend

Excited to Announce this event! Come out to The Velvet Casket for a High Tea Event. There will be several teas to choose from, tea sandwiches, and some sweets. Bring your friends and enjoy a sweetly dark time inside the Victorian Goth decorated venue - The Velvet Casket.

COOKIE DECORATING INFO: Included in festivities will be a mini cookie decorating class hosted by Meliza Watkins of

MUG MAKING INFO: There will also be a make your own mug station where you get to pick any mug design by Andrea Hernandez - Artist and Owner of Neverending Stickers. Personalization will be available (only names or other wording) please email with any requests. If you would like a mug with any other design I have that is not already a mug, that option is available too, but will need to be requested beforehand so files can be prepared. Upgrades to other items, like tumblers are available, but are not able to be handmade on location, they will need to be premade.

VELVET CASKET INFO: Open Thursday thru Mondays 12-7pm. Come out to The Velvet Casket beforehand to check out Neverending Stickers retail store inside to see all that there is to offer.
