The King of Sugar Flowers is gone 😢😭😢😭😢
I first learned about when I went to The French Pastry school in Chicago IL. I was so excited to find out his school, ISAC was here in Lawrenceville GA.
It meant I didn't have to travel so far to learn from him.
I felt like a little kid in a candy store when I stepped foot into ISAC (every pastry chef can relate 😂). I bought every tool I could afford from the front shop. The classes were smooth & very hands on. I finshed my design & I couldn't believe I made it.
He was a phenomenal teacher, a talented artist and such a gentleman.
I am glad to have had the honor of meeting & learning from him.
The value I received just from my classes with him is inestimable.
You will be missed 💚💚💚💚

I thought I'd start adding some testimonials in with pictures.
Don't want to keep this all to myself. 🤗🤗🤗
Mom thought the design was a little too plain at first because she wanted it to be not a but I feared adding more music 🎶 🎵 symbols will convert it to that so I limited design to undoubtedly portray just .
She loved it!
At the end of the day, cake is to be eaten, it has to taste good too! Bottom line!
I've come a long way from trial & errors, if you have not tasted my cake recently, you've got to try it again.
