New product! We updated our gluten free cinnamon roll dough and the texture is 🤩.
We used it to make these new cardamom rolls. They are filled with raisins and walnuts and finished with a lemon drizzle. They also happen to be DAIRY FREE and they will rock your world whether you have food allergies or not. Saturdays only! Come and grab one before they are gone.

Friends and neighbors

CIEE is a nonprofit that places high school exchange students with volunteer host families across Oregon. This fall they are seeking caring homes for three outstanding exchange students who are vegetarian or vegan.

Meet the Students
Tabea, 15, from Germany
Vegetarian, comfortable preparing her own meals if needed
Loves tennis, running, playing piano, cooking, and baking
Outgoing, cheerful, and eager to share German culture

Dincher, 16, originally from Uzbekistan, living in Norway
Vegan since 2024, passionate about animal welfare
Plays guitar, piano, ukulele, and drums, loves music from the 60s and 70s
Creative, social, and deeply committed to promoting a plant-based lifestyle

Lena, 15, from Germany
Vegetarian, enjoys cooking and baking
Plays team sports, active and friendly
Interested in studying sports medicine in the future

Hosting Basics
Families are volunteers, not paid, but eligible for a $500 federal tax credit.
Host families provide a safe, welcoming home, meals, and a place to sleep. Students come with their own spending money and insurance, and CIEE provides ongoing support.

In search of a part-time worker for our family-owned restaurant. White Rabbit Bakery is a small but busy eatery located in the small antique mecca of Aurora (30 minutes south of Portland). We need a friendly, hard-working individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will able to work mornings and weekends (Sundays mandatory). Must be able to stand/walk all day, work quickly and multitask. Work as part of a team helping customers, making coffees and sandwiches, washing dishes, and cleaning. Pay starts at $15-17/hr (plus tips) based on experience.�We are a diverse group of positive and friendly people. We would love to meet you if you think you are right for this job!
