Good morning, everyone.

It's Friday!!! End your week with a sweet treat and a cup of coffee (or another beverage) or grab something to take home and share. Open till 1:00 pm today.

The bakery has apple pie (whole), apricot poppyseed roles, apple bundt cake with brown sugar glaze, peanut butter pie (whole and slied), pumpkin pie, key lime pies (whole and sliced), brownies, coffee cake, bread pudding (with or without raisons) and much more.

There are also ginger pies, apple pies, blueberry crumb bars, maple bacon scones, orange cranberry scones, and a Halloween cake, available from the freezer (all baked and frozen the same day).

Fresh cinnamon rolls are also available with a days' notice. They come in whole 9" round disposable pie pans.

The bakery is now carrying staple groceries for your convenience. The groceries have limited the space in the pastry case. For this reason, some desserts are kept in the freezer right after they are made.

The dining room is still available to schedule for events or just enjoy a treat.

There are also blueberry crumb bars, maple bacon scones, orange cranberry scones, and a Halloween cake, available from the freezer (all baked and frozen the same day).

With the holidays fast approaching, you can call the bakery at 319-634-3240 to call in a special order for parties and family gatherings.
For future reference, I keep cinnamon rolls made-up and, in the freezer, so if you let me know what day you want some, they can be thawed and risen overnight and then cooked fresh in the morning.

Just a reminder- The bakery is also carrying perishable and non-perishable groceries now. There are also a few non-food items such as paper products, dish soap, and trash bags. Come by and check it out.

In addition, the bakery's dining room is still available for special events.

There is a Halloween cake in the freezer that is still available for sale. This was also made and frozen the same day. It will thaw at room temperature in about 2-3 hours.
