Dempsey Cookie House Dempsey Cookie House where each cookie is crafted with love and a sprinkle of magic.
*all sales are FINAL!*

In the bustling world of culinary delights, there are few treats as universally cherished as cookies. Yet, behind every delicious morsel lies a story, a journey of passion, dedication, and creativity. This is the tale of Abaigeal Dempsey, founder and heart behind Dempsey Cookie House , where each cookie is crafted with love and a sprinkle of magic. Abaigeal was born and raised with an innate love for baking, inherited from a grandmother whose kitchen was always filled with the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked cookies. From an early age, Abaigeal found solace and joy in experimenting with ingredients, mixing batter, and watching with anticipation as cookies transformed in the oven. It was this childhood passion that laid the foundation for what would later become Dempsey Cookie House.
