Join the team at Smallcakes Aurora!

Do you love working with people and creating sweet experiences? We’re looking for a dependable, friendly, and team-oriented Bakery Assistant to help support daily bakery operations.

Schedule:
• Weekday and Weekend shifts:
3:00 PM – 7:30 PM
3:00 PM – 8:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
🧁 Deliver excellent customer service
🧁 Assist customers with orders and pickups
🧁 Help with frosting and decorating cupcakes and cakes
🧁 Maintain a clean and organized workspace
🧁 Support daily bakery operations as part of a team

Qualifications:
• Great customer service skills required
• Food handling experience preferred
• Frosting/decorating experience preferred
• Willing to train the right candidate
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
