Since January is National Baking month I wanted to share my 2025 Christmas cookie/treats! I’ve been baking Christmas cookies for over 50 years now! There were always cookies at Christmas time and I have continued the tradition every year.

My prep started in early November and finished 12/22 with 23 different cookie batches which average 6-7 dozen each, plus the other treats! Thankful for the help along the way which is part of the tradition! Also know that Rick makes all the Pizzelles!! He has perfected the recipe and process!!

Each year the variety may change a little but there are always old Italian recipes and classic favorites. I love this tradition mostly because it brings so much joy to share them!
