Dear Augusta Friends:
we had some set backs due to our primary baker, co-founder, and best friend Angela leaving for Auckland, New Zealand.
Somehow, we recovered, keeping up the quality you expect and deserve by scaling down the production.
With Corina, an experienced baker joining the team, we are expanding again, and we are pleased to announce that we will deliver the breads you are missing for the past year through Augusta Locally Grown, with pickup sites in Evans and Augusta on Tuesdays, starting in January. Please note, while "we bake it cause we like you", we will need your support to be able to continue to provide the breads for you.

Until renovations can be completed on the 8th Street Bakery, we'll still be at The Augusta Market baking from our original bakery: The Comerian! So look for us, The Comerian Bakery, at the market this Saturday, March 18th!!!!

The Augusta Market opens this Saturday, March 18th from 8am until 2pm and we'll be there rain or shine!!! Come by and say "hello", taste some of our organic bread samples and pick up a pastry or two. We hope to see you there!

The Augusta Market will open in three weeks! And we are ready: 6,000 lbs of organic flour and grains waiting to be turned into breads and pastries.
