Easter is early this year, April 9th, so I am taking cake and cookie orders. I must limit the number of orders as we will be coming to the end of a very busy Masters week in Augusta. The most popular Easter cakes are coconut or a bird's nest (yellow cake or coconut) and are $50/each. Royal iced Easter cookies are $60/dz. Get your orders in early please.

Masters Week is fast approaching and due to knee replacement surgery I am limiting the number of cookie orders I am accepting this year. Cookies are shortbread cookies with a cinnamon vanilla icing and are $60.00 per dozen. If interested, please order no later than March 1, 2023. Thank you.

Christmas orders are rolling in so if you are wanting a cake please let me know quickly. I cannot take orders for royal iced cookies at this time due to the volume of cake orders. But orders for quiches, salads, and appetizers are certainly accepted.
Red Velvet, Carrot, Triple Chocolate, and Apple Walnut are the most commonly ordered Christmas cakes.

I haven't posted much lately because I have knee problems and was only baking for past customers. But I got a message today from a new customer who ordered a decadent triple chocolate cake last week. This was her message:

"This is Carlan Hinnant. I picked up the decadent triple cake on Friday. I wanted you to know that I shared with family, friends and my church community. The compliments about your cake were fast and furious. I made sure all knew your name, webpage, Facebook, etc....it was the most delicious and incredible treat I have ever had."

So often we never get feedback and it did my heart good to get this raving review. And we have a new cake on the menu, an English Toffee Caramel Chocolate Cake. Talk about decadent, Rich chocolate cake infused with chocolate chips, crushed toffee between the layers, and a rich caramel chocolate icing with crushed toffee on top! Get the coffee ready!
