I have had the opportunity to work with quite a few great Chefs and Pastry Chefs thus far in my career. So every time I am frosting a cake I hear the words of Tobey deChristopher in my head " A Clean Chef is a Valued Chef, A Clean Chef is a Skilled Chef ". Words to live by in our profession.
