Feeling a bit overwhelmed with gratitude looking at my order book for the next couple weeks.

I'm thankful for the customers, but I'm absolutely humbled by the fact that you keep choosing to support me when there are so many amazing options out there. My food is good, but I know that's not what keeps you coming back.

My followers don't consist entirely of sourdough lovers like I had initially anticipated. It's made of people who care about people, and probably like to eat. Rather than build a customer base, I've found my community.

Thank you - sincerely - for every purchase, share, tag, comment, compliment, you name it. I'll never forget y'all being nice just because you can. 💛

I don't believe that sourdough is a luxury food. It contains fewer ingredients than store-bought bread, but costs more because of the love that goes into it. Luckily for everyone, I've got enough love to share. 💛

I don't keep my prices hidden to fool anyone. I do it so I don't exclude anyone. If you can afford to pay for your loaf & do, your money is going directly into funding my baking and continuing to share openly & somewhat annoyingly. 🤙🫶
