Is it just me, or does August first officially mark the start of fall baking season? 🍂

I've been leaning into all the cozy cottage vibes in the kitchen lately, and this pumpkin chocolate chip sourdough bread with a cinnamon-sugar swirl has been a major family favorite. Toasted with a little pat of butter, it's the perfect treat for a crisp morning or a quiet afternoon. Pure comfort in every slice!

✨🍞 A Heartfelt Note from Starlight Delights 🏡🌿

To my wonderful Starlight Delights community,

This post comes with a mix of emotions, but primarily with immense gratitude and excitement for new adventures!

As many of you know, Starlight Delights has been a labor of love, a true passion project born right here in my cottage kitchen. I've poured my heart into every loaf, every pastry, and cherished every connection I've made with you all through the magic of savory and sweet treats. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for all the incredible love, support, and friendship you've shared with me. I've met so many truly wonderful people through this journey.

For now, I'm taking a thoughtful step back from the regular menu releases and frequent bakes. This decision comes from a desire to focus more on some exciting new business ventures (like Root & Bloom!), dedicate more time to my family, dive deeper into our homeschooling journey, and embrace the joys of homesteading.

But this is NOT goodbye, and it's certainly not the end for Starlight Delights!

This page will remain active as I transition more into sharing my passion for baking through blogs and vlogs. Get ready for behind-the-scenes peeks, sourdough tips, new recipes, and more!

And for my cherished returning customers, if you find yourself truly needing a Starlight Delights treat, please don't hesitate to reach out directly. While I won't be putting out regular menus, I'll still do my best to accommodate special orders when my schedule allows.

Thank you again for being the best community a cottage baker could ask for. I'm excited for this next chapter and can't wait to share it with you all!
