🏡 When selling your home, don’t overlook the power of scent. 🏡

The right fragrance can help a space feel fresh, comfortable and inviting, and even create an emotional connection with potential buyers.

Think fresh citrus or herbs in the kitchen, light linen in the living room, calming scents in the bedroom and subtle spa-inspired notes in the bathroom. But remember: less is more! Strong fragrances can be distracting and may leave buyers wondering if you’re trying to cover up an unwanted odor.

When it comes to preparing your home for buyers, sometimes it’s the little details that make a lasting impression.
