We’ve been busy (safely) taking orders for our famous sweet treats! Here are two variations of a personal favorite - vanilla sponge layered with a homemade strawberry compote and a vanilla pudding cream. Coated with graham cracker crumbs for yummy texture!

We got a chance to set up a pop up cafe this past weekend at The first Art Walk by NFS. What a beautiful, well organized event it was! A huge thanks to Zareen F Hasan and her volunteers who made the event what it was. Pipe & Swirl team got a good exposure in the community and enjoyed the art work too. Here’s a glimpse of the event

Pipe & Swirl is going to be at the Art Gallery Walk hosted by Noor family services Corporation - a charity we support and love to collaborate with! They do amazing work to support victims of domestic violence.

We will have some yummy treats and snacks available for sale at our pop up cafe! A portion of our sales will be donated to NFS.

Event is this Sunday March 3rd, 1pm at Alif Institute.

#tb to this croquembouche - a French dessert often used in place of cake. Literally translated, croquembouche means "crunch in the mouth" - the crunch coming from hardened caramel. Made with light and airy profiteroles that are filled with a delicate vanilla pastry cream, assembled with caramel, topped with fresh lillies 😍
