We’re Gigi and Jinny, the duo behind BittersweetCakesAndEvent.

We’ve been friends for over 16 years, more like sisters, really, and we know we can count on each other for everything. Gigi is a creative talent, a self-taught baker who started this business as a fun way to bake for friends and family. When the business began to grow, Gigi asked Jinny to join and help expand BittersweetCakesAndEvents’s reach. Jinny handles our content and shares our work with all of you—and she’s amazing at it! Though she works full-time as a realtor, she’s always happy to help whenever Gigi needs her.

We’re incredibly grateful for every person who orders from us and trusts us to be part of their special moments. Recently, we started expanding into event decorations, inspired by our love for bringing clients’ visions to life. Gigi leads the creative process, but she couldn’t do it all without Jinny’s support!

Working together as friends makes it feel like anything but work. We truly love what we do. Stay tuned—we have so many exciting projects coming up to share with you all!
