This is cake #4 of my version of the Florida Sunshine Cake. I have a favorite client who has been ordering this cake from me every year for her birthday. The first time I made it, I wanted to replicate the original cake as much as possible, plus give it a little personal flare. After 4 cakes, I said screw that and went pop-art! Same inside. Tastes like a yummy creamsicle! Happy birthday to my awesome client Rosa!
