Hi Honey! 🐣✨ It’s Easter, and we’re celebrating the best way we know how—with a spread full of spring flavor and local love!

On the table today:
Gruyère Hot Cross Buns topped with local ramp butter from our friends at evergreenbutcherandbaker—soft, savory, and full of holiday magic.
Our newest baby: the Meishan Sausage & Cheese Turnover, made with locally sourced Meishan pork( ’s Pastured Meishan)—each purchase supports the preservation of this rare heritage breed.
And don’t miss the Roasted Radish & Cheese Turnover made with beautiful radishes from Farms—a surprising spring fave you didn’t know you needed.

We’re also bringing back a favorite: our Bourbon Blueberry Biscuits, sweetened with honey from honeynextdooratl—rich, flaky, and just the right amount of indulgent. As always all our eggs are from caribeunitedfarm, which you will find in our breakfast sandwiches and our hot cross buns!

Of course, we’ve still got all the Hi Honey classics: bagels, bagel dogs, and those cheese-stuffed pretzels you keep coming back for.

Come celebrate Easter with us—same place, same time:

Hi Honey —
We’re back at Oakhurst Farmers Market this Saturday with new goodies and a spring-ready menu.

First up: BAGEL DOGS.
All-beef hot dogs wrapped in everything bagel dough and baked to a glossy, golden finish.
Don’t worry, they’re kosher — (they told us themselves.)

Also on the menu:
• Cheese-Stuffed Pretzels
• Breakfast sandwiches (on bagels or biscuits — egg + cheese, or bacon, egg + cheese)
• Roasted Carrot + Gruyère Puff Pastry Tarts

This week’s Farmers’ Friends:
We’re joining a new initiative by communityfarmersmarkets called Farmers’ Friends — a spotlight on vendors using locally grown and produced ingredients. It officially launches next week, but we’re honored to be part of the first wave.

This week’s ingredients:
• Apples from georgiapeachtruck — folded into our apple hand pies
• Pecans from GEORGIA Peach Truck — making their way into something sweet (muffins? tarts? TBD…)
• Carrots from blackbirdfarmga — roasted and tucked into those savory tarts
• Eggs from caribeunitedfarm
• Honey from honeynextdooratlr

Catch us at oakhurstfarmersmarket
630 East Lake Dr, Decatur
Saturday | 9AM–1PM

See you there, honey.
