Hi again, bagel here. Covids still a monster, so we will be unable to open at the capacity we had hoped for tomorrow. If you placed a preorder, we will have a couple lovely bagel pals manning the shop to pass those out, but will not be taking any orders. So sorry for any disappointment!

Emerald City will reopen on Friday, December 24 for bagels and cream cheese only. Sorry, no sandwiches! This is the best we can do limit the customers waiting inside the shop while making sure everyone gets their preorders! Our baking team luckily did not come into contact with the positive staff member, so all bagel fairy orders for the week will continue to go out! We will continue to be closed as planned for the holiday from December 25-27. We'll see you all back for sandwiches on December 28! Thank you so much for your understanding!

Ya wanna see Bagel Boy as Iggy Pop? Back before the pandemic, our friend @maryblountdesign drew us this really cool, human sized, paper doll Bagel Boy to hang on the shop wall. He was gonna have new outfits to wear every month. The first was gonna be this Iggy Pop getup to celebrate his April birthday. The world turned to butt though. For now, Iggy Bagel shall live in the insta world.
Emerald City is now delivering Nationwide!! We are offering one bagel flight weekly for now. Bagels will ship out Wednesday mornings, so get your orders in by 5pm on Sundays! Place your orders via the Bagel Fairy tab on our website!
Between water outages, power outages, equipment failures, and uh...a pandemic, it’s been an exhausting 3 months here in bagel town. All of us need a little break. Emerald City will be closed this week on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday for mental health days. We’ll see you guys on Thursday when we are feelin’ a little less inside out!
