Today was the first Saturday in almost 10 years that I wasn't in the shop on a Saturday . . . .what did I do? Drove three hours to talk & share cheese with one of Georgia's newest wineries, Three Strands Vineyard and Winery in Dallas, GA. They officially open on April 24th!
