Every year on our birthdays, my mom & I take turns baking for each other. This year was my turn. I did a lemon cake filled with lemon curd , topped with Swiss meringue buttercream. This was gone as soon as happy birthday was sung!🤣
I added some bling to this cake with a spritz of edible gold & holly berry diamond dust from And of course, I just had to top it off with a mirrored acrylic rose gold cake topper that has a Swarovski crystal birthstone (ruby) dotted I in birthday. AND our names as cake charms on the side. Mom was happy.😍

Collab number 2! I’m having a blast doing these.

My sugar family & I decided to tackle Good Humor ice cream this time around. I decided to do a cake based on one of my faves with a little twist. I chose the King Cone ice cream cone. This variation has a layer of cheesecake, a layer of homemade ice cream, topped and covered with whipped cream & nuts & swirls of milk chocolate. And… Oh Yeah! The crust is a milk chocolate covered waffle cone.

Let’s just say that it didn’t last in my house!

Rich, decadent, mouthwatering…. Who doesn’t like chocolate? Our chocolate mousse cake is made with layers of moist devil’s food cake & creamy dark chocolate mousse topped with white chocolate mirror glaze. We added a little edible glitter for some sparkle.

Do you have to decrease your wedding guest size due to Covid restrictions? You should still be able to enjoy cake. A two tier wedding cake featuring a 4” red velvet cake & a 6” vanilla cake decorated with a custom rose gold monogram for the bride & groom. This one was topped with two sugar roses opened to bloom to symbolize the blooming lives that are beginning together. Congratulations Aja & Joseph!
