Happy New Year MY LIVS!

As I welcome this new year, I can’t help but reflect on the incredible journey that has shaped both Dessert House by Selfish and Selfish The Shops. What started as a dream has grown into a space that celebrates luxury, self-love, and self-care—values that mean so much to me and, I hope, to all of you who have supported along the way.

2024 was a year of growth, resilience, and bold steps forward. It wasn’t always easy, but every challenge taught me something invaluable, and every victory—big or small—reminded me of the beauty in showing up for yourself.

In 2025, I’m focusing on alignment and intention. Whether it’s creating desserts that feel like a warm hug, curating products that inspire, or simply taking moments to rest and recharge, this year is about living fully, unapologetically, and with purpose.

To my amazing supporters, customers, and community: thank you for being part of this journey. Your kindness, encouragement, and belief in my vision have been the greatest gift. Let’s make this year one of growth, joy, and self-discovery together.

To Those Going Through Hard Times This Holiday Season

The holidays are often painted as a time of joy and togetherness, but for so many, this season can feel heavy. Whether you’re carrying the weight of loss, navigating difficult circumstances, or simply trying to hold it together—know that your feelings are valid.

If you’re missing loved ones, struggling to find your footing, or feeling overwhelmed, take a moment to honor where you are right now. You’ve made it through so much already, and though it might not feel like it, you are stronger than you realize.

It’s okay to grieve, to rest, to not have all the answers. It’s okay if your holiday season doesn’t look like the picture-perfect moments you see around you. You’re doing the best you can, and that is more than enough.

Remember to check in with yourself:
• Rest when you’re tired.
• Cry if you need to release.
• Reach out if the weight feels too much to carry alone.

If nothing else, know this: You are not alone. You are loved. You are worthy of care and kindness, especially from yourself.
