Skye Confections, LLC Skye Confections started with a simple request for a pound cake. All of my cakes are made from scratch, fresh to order, and NEVER frozen!

Self-taught and willing to take on the challenge, I begin decorating for various occasions using marshmallow fondant. Through completion of the Wilton decorating courses, I have learned additional techniques using gumpaste, fondant, buttercream, and royal icing. It’s been a while, but it’s time I share why. 🧡

In honor of my #1 supporter and Leukemia Awareness Month, please take a minute to read & maybe register to become a bone marrow donor.

My mother was a vital piece of the puzzle for who I am as woman, wife, mother, baker, cake artist, and very detailed-oriented being. She bought my first mixer and critiqued EVERY cake/product/class I’ve ever presented. I am forever changed by her absence!

Thank you to those who have granted me space to grieve, checked on me, and who have kindly placed orders again as I’ve eased back into the kitchen.
