My first year of college in the U.S, can’t remember what class it was but we were told to draw a house. Everyone’s houses looked alike except for mine. Theirs had the chimney( I had no idea what was, growing up in west Africa I had never seen a chimney). The professor immediately asked where I was from. I kept thinking to myself what a terrible artist I was. I couldn’t draw for the life of me, but one thing I knew was I LOVE TO CREATE! Till this day, I don’t k ow why we did that exercise. I only remembered how embarrassed I was. Happy Tuesday everyone! Don’t let one incident stop you! Keep going!
