The process of launching a business is time-consuming, requiring extensive research, patience, and dedication. Behind the scenes, considerable effort goes into developing recipes and ensuring compliance with Michigan cottage food laws. Many have wondered why the launch has been delayed. The reason is simple: a commitment to 100% compliance and safety. It is essential to understand the rules and operate efficiently. To achieve this, I have been working on labels, ensuring that all ingredients are listed without revealing proprietary recipes. I am also mindful of avoiding unnecessary expenses, such as printing unnecessary labels. In my free time, I bake and write, and I have sought assistance from AI for certain tasks. While the process is becoming increasingly formal, it is a positive development. Here is a sneak peek at the progress.

Peanut butter, almonds, pecans, coconut, dried cherries, raisins, dark chocolate, honey, and maple syrup, with a hint of cinnamon. Made with love, this cookie is a masterpiece. It's not just a cookie; it's a high-calorie treat, especially when every calorie counts. 32 miles, rain or shine, bike packing. Yum!
