Today’s test bake - Cranberry Walnut Sourdough

This bread is a perfect blend of fall flavors with sweet/tart cranberry, and the nice buttery nuttiness of the walnuts. While it is great sliced on its own with butter, it really shines as either French toast, or just toasted and spread with apple butter.

Today is the day for the JM's Journey Autism Awareness event at the Rogersville recreational park at 100 Optimist Drive, Rogersville, AL, 35652. The event is open from 8AM - 6PM and will have tons of vendors, food trucks, live music and bands! We will have the following until we sell out:

Sourdough Pretzel Bites (original and cinnamon sugar) - $8
Brown Butter Maple Croissant Twists - $10

We will not be set up for Fridays After Five in Athens this week but we have a full August lined up with some very exciting events!

- August 1st from 8-2 we will be in Huntsville AL at the Madison County Farmers Market Watermelon Festival.

- August 8th we will be in Madison AL at the Madison Harvest Market from 10-3

- August 22nd we will be in Rogersville AL FOR JM's Journey fundraising event all day from 8-6. This one will be huge, make sure to come out to support this organization and family. There will be live music, food trucks, and activities all day with over 100 vendors!

Our menu also has some new updates after feedback from our customers with more sourdough options!

- Sourdough Batard Loaves $10
- Sourdough Small Baguettes (roughly 10-12 inches long) $5
- Sourdough German Deli Rolls (Brotchen) $8 (4-pack)
- Sourdough Croissants $12 (4-pack)
