Good Sunday afternoon Friends! ☀️

Guess who finally rolled out of bed?
Mable — my sourdough starter. She took a long, dramatic break… but she’s alive, bubbly, and acting like she didn’t ghost me for days. 😂

I’m whipping up a test batch of 6 loaves today to make sure she still remembers how to behave.
It feels GOOD to be baking again! 🍞💛
