The left has whole red wheat berries and the right has a low protein artisan flour.

Both are delicious!! The left is a bit chewier. The right has more of a sandwich bread texture.

Which do you prefer??

What an incredible opportunity to be implemented in Athens TN!! I took a tour of Food Hub's space this morning and this is a place for small business foodies looking to expand their business! This is a commercial kitchen that rents their space and equipment!! I am praying that this explodes with new concepts and vendors local to the area!! They also hold farmer's market events for all local farmers! I am ready to try Rocky Pops to support this venue and business!!

A great rise takes time, literally. These cinnamon rolls proofed on the counter overnight.

I always heat my milk to at minimum 90° and add softened butter one tbsp at a time during the mixing portion.

I am excited to share the knowledge I've learned over the past year with a friend this morning. The cinnamon rolls will go fabulous with coffee 😍

Do yourselves a favor and switch out water in your recipe for whey 😍😍😍😍

Wow!! I was expecting a complete flop on this loaf. I used fresh milled flour and the leftover whey from the mozzarella I made last week!! SO springy!!!

**recipe from Little Pearl Breads & Bakes**

84g active starter
306g water (whey in my case)
340g bread flour
60g milled flour (or whole wheat)
6g salt
