The freezer is low but we do still have several cuts in stock.

We have available Beef heart, pre made patties, should and rump roast, T-bone steaks, fajita meat, ground brisket, stew meat, briskets, fat and a few Ny stripes & filets.
Ground beef is sold out.

We also have pork fat, hog jowl and ribs in the pork freezer.

We will fully restocked on both beef and pork the first weekend in June.

Don’t forget we are open tomorrow 9:00-1:00
