I’m so glad I’m back in the business. I used to be so tired and stressed from work that my catering became labor and not a labor of love. I did my first wedding which was laborious. But now I have access to an industrial kitchen and I did my first plated meal banquet that will be better as I continue the work and am able to hire more staff. By the GRACE of God and if the creek doesn’t rise, Pannicakes Catering will see increase. As far as baking, I will continue using the recipe for this red velvet cake…I’m going to double the recipe for tall cakes like I did for my key lime cakes and I plan to do more themed cakes…the future is so bright I gotta wear shades 😎🤩🥰
