Are you craving some home made brioche style sourdough cinnamon rolls? Order a pan of 8 (buy 7 get one free!) or as individual rolls, then pick them up fresh Sunday morning on East State Street!

Freeze what you don't eat as single rolls ASAP to keep them fresh testing for up to two weeks! After they're frozen, store in a sealed freezer container or zip bag. Remove and thaw on your counter or warm in your microwave for a sweet treat anytime!

When you order cinnamon rolls, either individually or by the batch (8), you have options for toppings! None, icing (powdered sugar, water, and vanilla), or praline caramel with (pictured) or without pecans.

I'm already pulling together dough for myself and orders. Do you still need something sweet for the Thanksgiving weekend?

Pro tip: pickup your cinnamon rolls (maybe topped with pecan praline caramel?) or naan tomorrow afternoon, then pop them in the freezer until the day you need them. Pull them out and let them thaw for an hour or so, and they'll taste as fresh as when they were baked!

The website is live with our first bake drop! I'm offering cinnamon rolls and naan this week!

Here's what you need to do:

1. Head over to my Hotplate account through the link in my bio, then...

2. Tap "Never Miss a Drop" to subscribe to texts. You'll be notified when the ordering window will open

3. Place your order!

4. Head to the pickup at the scheduled pickup time.

I accept cards through Stripe, and Venmo, or cash. Baked goods are not taxed in Ohio, so I don't need to collect taxes 😊

Hey everyone! Check out that starter, it is ready to make goodies (and make more starter for more goodies)! 🤩 

I'm Lisa, from Athens, Ohio. You may know me from my yarn business , my pride and joy for six years ~ and counting! 

Recently, I've brainstormed how I can continue to earn some income in between shows and during seasonal downturns. I love to bake, and over the pandemic I picked up sourdough baking, sharing my extra starter with my neighbors. I have used sourdough techniques for bread, but I love to apply sourdough methods to sweet treats and savory bites, too. 

This is a pre-order pickup style bakery at my home. You order before a cut-off date and time, then you get notified when it’s time to pickup! Want to signup? Go to my link in bio to signup for texts.

Some items you might expect to see in any drop cycle:

Cinnamon rolls are a favorite of my neighbors, so much so you can call it a signature item! 

Naan is a newer entry to my repertoire, and I've found I love the zing of the flatbread sourdough with my spicy curries.

Have you ever had a sourdough-leavened Snickerdoodle? 🤤 Out of this world delicious!

Granola may become a regular in the next few weeks, too. 

Feel free to offer suggestions for baked goods that you would be willing to pickup, so I can consider adding them to my menu.

I'm using Hotplate for my bakery drops, and the first drop for orders is tonight at 7pm. Keep an eye on your texts so you don't miss it!

This means that you will need to order before Monday 3pm, then when you receive a text, you can come to my home to pickup your order Tuesday afternoon starting at 3pm until 5pm. Please don't come over before you've received your text 😊

I will set a limited number of orders for whatever baked good or goods I'll have available on a specific drop date, and your pre-order reserves your batch. As I get used to the routine, I will be able to offer more items and possibly greater quantities. 

I look forward to serving more of your sourdough treats and savory eats needs in the coming months!
