Okay... This one started as an experiment requested by my niece, Madi. But I think I may have created a new favorite!

This is what you get when you mash cinnamon rolls with tiramisu flavors! Soft pillow rolls with all those Rich coffee, creamy mascarpone and chocolate flavors that make tiramisu so irresistible.

This was a test batch, but after tasting them and getting my tasters feedback... I'm thinking these might need to make their way on to the Twist & Whisk menu. #

Tallow!!?

Not every step is exciting... but every step matters. 🤍

As my tallow cools, I blend it every few minutes to help create the smooth, creamy texture before the final whip. It's one of the little details that goes into every handcrafted batch.

What's your favorite bread?
Sweet or savory... there's just something about homemade bread fresh from the oven. ❤️
Today's bake: focaccia loaded with feta, olives, tomatoes, herbs, and olive oil. It smelled every bit as good as it looks!
