My summer season is now spent on Moosehead Lake at The Birches Resort in Rockwood, ME. The beautiful lodge at The Birches has a lovely dining room overlooking the lake and I have the privilege of creating dreamy cakes, pies and cookies to offer on the menu. I am so blessed to have found this very, very special place, it is my home away from home. You should come visit! Cabins, lodge rooms, houses,
