Homemade sandwich buns tonight at Daisy & Dough Bakery 🤍

One tray classic soft buns and one tray loaded with everything bagel seasoning — golden brown, fluffy, buttery, and made completely from scratch.

These started as a simple dinner idea for chicken salad and tuna salad… but after seeing how they turned out, homemade hamburger and hotdog buns for summer cookouts may officially be happening. 👀🍔🌭

There is just something special about warm homemade bread cooling on the counter.

Honestly… there’s just something special about homemade bread. 🥹

These are getting paired with chicken salad and tuna salad for dinner tonight, but we’re also testing recipes for future cookouts, burger buns, hotdog buns, and maybe even bagels soon. 👀

Had a rare break from orders today, so I finally got to bake just for my people 💛

These poor souls have been suffering lately—smelling fresh baked goods all day and only getting the scraps 😅 so I decided they deserved something of their own.

So I played around in the kitchen and made this beauty 👇
Upside-Down Blueberry Lemon Buttermilk Bundt
Finished with a fresh lemon glaze drizzle 🍋🫐

Brown sugar caramelized into the berries, soft lemon cake, and that glaze soaking right in… yeah, this one didn’t last long.

Now the real question is…
Do we need to add this one to the menu? 👀

Made with real butter and buttermilk for that rich, soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture you just don’t get from store-bought bread 👏

Perfectly sliceable, holds together like a dream, and even stands up to a full French toast soak without falling apart 👀🔥

This is that “leave it on the counter and somehow it disappears” kind of bread…
