Looking like a high chance of thunderstorms for Wednesday. Since it's a multi day process of dough and baking, I typically start my dough Sunday night & Monday morning and while I'm sure now that my time has passed to start dough the storms won't come lol, but I most likely will not be at market in Washburn on Wednesday now.

My tent has a few loose spots and just don't want to risk wrecking it before a new one comes with needing it for Saturday as well.

With that, you can for sure find us in Barnes this Saturday for Taste of Barnes, or you can still order for pick up Thursday or Friday in Ashland.

We've had some things come up, so posting the menu has slipped my mind. Sorry short ordering window this week, but orders due Sunday 10am for Wednesday pick up and orders due Tuesday 5pm for Thursday and Friday pick up.

Our English Muffins just got an upgrade!

We have now added in fresh milled organic einkorn flour.

We've been playing around with fresh milled flour for a few months and slowly working to incorporate it beyond just our personal breads and things.

If you don't know much about fresh milled flour, I can do a whole post on it soon, but essentially it is much more nutrient dense versus most store bought flours.

We had a custom order where something came up and can't make it, so we have some fun flavors ready for pick up.

Next weeks menu!

We have a shorter ordering window this week as we transition to the summer schedule. Orders due Sunday 5pm for pick up Wednesday June 3rd or Thursday June 4th. We also have the Washburn pick up option available again on Wednesdays from 3-5 at the farmers market located next to the club and cultural center.

We only use organic flour, which we long ferment for better digestability to those who struggle with gluten like myself.

This menu is completely dairy free. Even on the days if dairy we still bake separately and use all different bowls, blades, etc. to avoid cross contamination. If you ever have ingredient questions, feel free to reach out as we know the struggle of dealing with food allergies all too well.

We use local honey, maple syrup, and coconut sugar as our sweeteners, although the icing on some sweets has organic powdered sugar, which you can opt for no icing for some items:)

We're set up! Self serve Sourdough pop up today (Monday 5/25), cash or venmo😊Ignore the prices and Pay what you can in honor of memorial day. Open until sold out.

Long fermented Sourdough breads in Rosemary, Classic, Roasted Garlic and Cinnamon Swirl. (Great day to make sandwiches with this heat😉)

Focaccia in garlic & herb and rosemary & thyme.

Have a few treats restocked as well, apple fritters, poptarts and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip scones, few misfit blueberry and strawberry scones as well.

All dairy and egg free.

Also starting in June we will be in Washburn on Wednesdays for the farmers market from 3-6. So my schedule will be shifting slightly. Orders will be due Monday by 10am and can be picked up Wednesday and Thursday. We will also have the occasional Saturday pick ups, but this year we only plan to do once a month Saturdays between Ashland farmers market and pop ups at our place most likely. Although plans could change to more frequently.
