As I go to market every other week, this week is the week off! I’ll be back with some new flavors and some old favorites next Thursday at 2 pm! I started doing some fresh loaf shapes for easier sandwich bread. Yum!!

Hi, hello! Good morning all, I will be at the KDMC farmers market starting at 2 pm today until I sell out. There’s so much happening at market today! Cupcakes, breads, maple syrup, chicken, beef cuts...and of course all the fresh veggies are now coming into season.
I won’t have quite as much to sell, a few we’re already sold this morning! I’ll have to offer:
Coconut chai
Cinnamon harvest (a mix of pumpkin and apple cinnamon flavors to anticipate fall!)
Herb de Province
Classic white
Hope to see some folks down at the market!

Hello bread babes! I’ll be at the KDMC farmers market Thursday starting at 2 pm sharp until I sell out. I’ll have some classic white, Herb de Province, Cranberry Walnut and another flavor I haven’t yet decided on (possibly a honey wheat??) hope to see you there!

Hi my farmers market people! I will not be attending market tomorrow at Kings Daughters since it is supposed to rain. The big white tent hasn’t been set back up yet, and my little market umbrella won’t keep my bread goods dry! If you’d like to purchase any bread, feel free to stop by from 1-4 tomorrow at my home and pick up a loaf or two! Thanks again y’all and I hope to see you next week!

Yesterday was the first day at market! What a wonderful way to see more customers face to face and sell product. I’m excited for next week as well! Thursday’s from 2-sellout at the kings daughters market.

I met an older man that makes beautiful bowls, containers, salt pinchers and writing pens...There's something divine about handmade bread dough resting in a hand-crafted mixed wooden bowl. (Orange chai for a wonderful customer) You can place an order any time through text or messenger!

While of course "real" bread is important to me at GGBC, so is real food in general. Ask questions, seek out neighboring farms, and learn to know that there is in fact a difference. It is absolutely worth the effort.

"It’s worth repeating: The chickens you buy at the farmer’s market are not the same birds as you buy from even fancy supermarkets. They’re not even the same things as the other mass-market “organic,” free-range, whatever-whatever chickens you buy in the store. They are something entirely different. At worst, they are superior birds at the table. At best, they are downright magical."

Americans are brainwashed into believing that $1.49 a pound chicken is a right. It isn't. It's a horrible disservice to the chicken, the farmer and the consumer.
