Vines is back, baby! This Saturday, August 9th we’ll be participating in our local Sunbury Farmer’s Market from 9AM-1PM! Though our northern Columbus town may not have the largest market, they are welcoming and flexible for us!
We’ll be going back to our roots and setting up a tent to sell our favorite treats ☺️ If you plan to make the journey or want a larger number of treats, PLEASE reach out to reserve an order! Hi all 💕 It’s been so long since I’ve posted that it feels a little silly, but just wanted to say hello from our little family! We’ve been staying busy chasing a fast crawling 9 month old, visiting Columbus farmer’s markets on the weekends, spending lots of time with our parents and siblings, eating lots of sweet treats, and enjoying the sunshine!

I’ve had a lot of random requests for Vines treats lately, and it always brings me so much joy to think that Ashland folks still remember our little bakery 2 years later. Austin and I have been chatting… just curious but if we did a local farmer’s market in northern Columbus this summer would anyone travel down for a lemon blueberry scone and to say hello? Maybe? Possibly? 🤭

Happy 7th birthday, dear Vines 🌿 We celebrated a day late this year. I had a baking buddy babbling while I measured and mixed. I told my sweet baby stories of our little brick bakery as I kneaded and shaped. The smells. The smiles. The stress. The friendships. The goodness of God. I told her how I wished she could have seen it herself. What a special season. The taste of lemon blueberry scones will always take me back to Ashland 🤍

This 6 month pregnant lady made 256 scones for you, but who is counting?!? 😂 We will have plentyyyyy of individual extra treats for you to buy (cash, check, or Venmo) plus all the preorder boxes ready for pick up. We are so excited to be back at next weekend to share baked goods with you.

**UPDATE: Preorder boxes are SOLD OUT!!

Each box will include:
-2 lemon blueberry scones
-1 lemondoodle cookie sandwich with raspberry buttercream
-2 salted dark chocolate peanut butter cookies
-2 lavender shortbread
- 1 cinnamon coffee cake (gf, df)

UPDATE: Preorders are CLOSED!
You will also be able to preorder our VINES BLEND COFFEE!! That’s right! Our good friends at Goldberry Roasting Company agreed to bring back our specialty roast of beans for you ☺️ Sip it with your lemon blueberry scone and pretend it’s 2023 again. Please be sure to preorder if you want to snag a bag so we get a good idea of quantity!

We will also have individual items available for sale while they last! Same process as previous pop ups. Cash, check or Venmo ONLY and will be first come, first serve. The menu will be the same items that are available in the preorder boxes. Fig and Oak has kindly opened their storefront 1 hour early (9AM) for us. Please treat them with kindness and be respectful to other shoppers ☺️

Baby Girl Vines arriving in September 🎀🌿🌸 Can’t wait to bake scones with this little one 🤍

Just popping on to give you a life update AND to let you know we’ll be popping up at again on MAY 18TH at 9AM!!! More details about preorder boxes and menu ASAP! I have a feeling it will be full of spring flavors & a lemon blueberry favorite. Any requests? ☺️

PS: I had this little pink newborn onesie saved deep down in a box for about 5 years. I can’t believe she’ll be wearing it soon! Husband Vines and I are both doing great and so thankful for this season of life 🩷

Happy 6th birthday, Vines 🌿 The lemon blueberry scones looked a little bit different this year. A relaxing morning at home baking just one batch instead of one hundred and simply sharing them with my family and neighbors. I think this will be my tradition on every February 23rd 🤍

As I reflect on the last 6 years, I am filled with gratitude that a leap of faith and a supportive small town granted me years of treasured work and growth. What a remarkable time that I miss, but I’m also so grateful for the sweetness that’s been waiting in this new season of life. Holding both close today 🤍

It’s beginning to look at lot like… another Vines Bakery Pop Up! 🎄❄️ Our kind friends have generously allowed us to set up in their back room again this Saturday, December 16th at 9AM. That’s right, they’re opening an hour earlier just for us!!

We’re changing it up a bit so you’ll have two options for this pop up.
1. **UPDATE!!! Sold out of Preorder boxes!!** Preorder a set variety box to ensure there will be treats waiting for you when you arrive on Saturday!
2. Stop by Fig starting at 9AM and choose from the individual selection of menu items until they sell out!

The variety box will include 1 hot cocoa cookie sandwich, 2 ginger molasses cookies, 1 cinnamon coffee cake, 2 cranberry orange shortbread, and 2 peppermint chocolate chip scones for $25. To order, email [email protected] or send us a DM on social media with your name, phone number, and approximate pick up time (9AM-11:00AM). Pay via cash, check, or Venmo at pick up. We’ll only take so many preorders, so reach out ASAP before we hit our max!

If you’re popping by to grab individual items on Saturday, the same rules apply! First come, first serve. Cash, check, Venmo only. There will be a smaller number of items available since we’ll also be doing the preorder boxes. Thanks for your understanding, love, and support! SOLD OUT 🥲🌿 Wow guys. In less than an hour. I brought hundreds. Literally HUNDREDS of baked goods to share with you. Fig & Oak said there was a line out the door onto the street the whole time. I wasn’t even sure anyone would show up today, if I’m being totally honest.

I’m SO sorry if you patiently waited in line and had to leave without a treat. You’ve made yourselves clear that you’re still as supportive and kind as ever and really craving Vines baked goods. I’m going to strategize our next pop up and maybe make some preorders or quantity rules to make sure as many people as possible can get something? I’m still learning, please forgive me 🤍
