Ryan worked on learning some sandwich-style bread loaves while I was out of town for a couple days. We'll start having these Thursday-Sunday. In the meantime, feel free to stop in and sample them. We have a white loaf, multigrain, cinnamon, and Japanese-style milk bread.

We sold out of our bread loaves early this week, so I've made a fresh batch of the two most popular today. Both are sourdough, one is most whote, the other had 25% coarsely ground whole wheat. Both are shaped into loaves for easy slicing.

As always, just flour, water, salt, & sourdough culture.
