It’s been a pretty windy week around here 🌬️ I hope everyone is staying safe and that power is getting restored quickly for those who lost it!

We are opening up pre-orders for March 21st pickup and we’re excited to share a new bagel flavor this week: Rosemary Garlic! They have quickly become our favorite! We still have our seasonal March goodies available until the end of the month.

Big bake day today!

74 fresh bagels and 3.5 pounds of our sourdough granola heading out to one of our partners!

We’re incredibly grateful for the local businesses that support small producers like us and help bring our baked goods to more people in the community.

These Pistachio Orange Muffins are one of the special flavors on this month’s Leaf & Loaf menu 🍊

They’re made with fresh orange zest and juice, chopped pistachios, and a buttery crumble topping. Bright, a little nutty, really good with a cup of coffee, and perfect for Spring!

A little behind the scenes at Leaf & Loaf 🌿🍞

Most of the recipes on the menu start days before pickup. The sourdough is slowly fermented, our starter (lovingly named Doughby, who just turned a year old last week 🥳) is fed daily, the granola is baked in small batches, and everything is made fresh to each order right here in our home kitchen.

This week’s special flavors have been some of my favorites yet:
