So Fine Chocolate Maker of various fine chocolate treats. Specializing in chocolate French macarons and flourless chocolate torte, (both gluten free!).

Ginger Florentines and other sweets as well. Chocolate French Macarons- gluten free, almond flour and meringue fine sandwich cookies. Filled with various ganaches( chocolate and cream)
Current flavors-
Ginger and Vanilla,
Cardamom,
Smoked Sea Salt and Caramel center,
Raspberry/Lime leaf center
and Fig/Ginger/Lime Leaf/Balsamic center. Also specializing in the most delicious chocolate torte,

also gluten free. Other desserts will be joining the menu as we grow. Ginger Florentines and Mousses. Requests, events and special orders most welcome. At present I have 2 kitchen days, one to bake for market and the other to fulfill weekly orders.
