Our general manager, Lindsey, and event captains Anastasiia, Luisa and Cristhian are the ones helping bring each event together once service begins.

From coordinating the team, keeping an eye on the timeline, and making sure the little details don't get missed to greeting you with your personal appetizers, making your plates, and even cutting your cake, they help keep everything running smoothly from start to finish.

One of the best parts of this industry is the relationships built along the way.

This May, we had the opportunity to be part of Katie's and Bobby's wedding, which was extra special for us since Katie had once been part of our team. Watching her celebrate this new chapter surrounded by the people she loves was magical.

It's always meaningful when someone who knows our work firsthand trusts us with such an important day. Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Castro!!
