Well, here we are in the first month of 2016. We hope you had a wonderful holiday and are having a great new year !
WBCC is ready to take orders again. We will be taking only a small amount of orders each week. We are also not ready to do Gluten Free quite yet. Therefore our menu for now is our Original All Natural Carrot Cake or our Vegan Orange Citrus Carrot Cake.We can make the wheat free Chocolate Carrot Cake also,but it will not be GF.
Call during the week for delivery the next week.
We look forward to hearing from you.
We will be shipping a few cakes each month also.
Remember to call early in the week,for your order the next week.

I have been putting off this post because it is really hard to write...unfortunately our move to a new location did not turn out to be the right move to make. The location was new and it did not attract enough business.We simply could not sustain the business any longer. We had very high hopes for WBCC and were very sad to have to close our doors. Many other businesses also closed.
We are hoping to take special orders as of mid to late July 2015.
Please keep your eye on our page for updates.

Well we have made out move to Reynolds Village , also in North Asheville.
We are in Suite 103, only 2 doors up the street from the YMCA.

Here is a lovely note that I received Saturday from one of our many happy online customers..."We spoke several times in order to successfully coordinate the birthday cake delivery to my brother-in-law. You did good! It was delivered to the place that I asked and it was delivered on time.
Eight members of our family were meeting a few days later for a long vacation weekend at a lake house. My brother-in-law brought the cake along. EVERYONE raved about it and agreed(we don't agree on much)that it was the best Carrot Cake they ever had...

Starting this week, World's Best Carrot Cake will be offering some new treats for our customers. Each week, we will have a few special items, as well as our original cupcakes and cakes. We will be posting what we will be offering the Friday before so you can have an idea of what you might want to come and try. This week we have Pecan Bars, Peach-Raspberry Shortbread Bars, Chocolate Velvet Cupcakes and Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls. Yum!

Today is Small Business Saturday! We are offering 10% off all baked goods in the Cakery and we are running a special on 8" Chocolate Gluten-Free Cakes (they are 15% off). The 10% discount also includes pre-paid shipping orders and pick-up orders for the Holidays! We also have coffee from Edna's to show our appreciation of our customers. On that Saturday, we will be offering 10% off everything in the cakery, as well as 10% off the price of the cake on shipped cakes and 10% off any pre-ordered pick-ups for the Holidays (for the pre-ordered pick-up cakes and the shipped cakes, the total must be paid in full on 11/24). We are really excited and hope to see all of you there!
