Business Update

Due to an unexpected incident yesterday morning resulting in major damage to our home, Willow House Cookies will be temporarily closing ordering books effective immediately. We are grateful that everyone in our home is safe.

This is an incredibly difficult decision to make, and one we don't take lightly. Willow House Cookies means so much to us, and stepping back—even temporarily—comes with a lot of emotion. That said, we know this pause is necessary so we can focus on getting our home back to a place that allows us to operate safely.

While there is currently no confirmed timeline for reopening, we hope to be able to return within the year or as soon as we receive a repair timeline that allows us to safely resume operations. We truly believe that when we come back, both we and the business will return stronger.

If you have an existing order, I will be reaching out directly to ensure your order can be completed or to discuss next steps.
