All my products are made with King Arthur or Bob’s Red Mill flour. Spelt flour can be substituted in any of the cracker recipes to accommodate Gluten-resistant diets. (Spelt is ancient wheat).

Japanese Milk Rolls!
These soft and delicious rolls melt in your mouth. They freeze perfectly for weeks. Available until December 20. $8 for eight rolls, $12 for 1 dozen, $24 for two dozen. Custom orders welcome. Delivery not included.

Happy Holidays! Thank you for your support this year as I grew my baking business. It has been a time of learning and friendship for me.
I will be baking on December 30, 31 and again on January 2 and 3 and welcome orders for your New Year's celebration.

I am taking a two-week break and will be back with new offerings along with my regular menu on January 17th.

Wishing you all happiness and prosperity in the coming year and encourage all of us to be mindful of our neighbors near and far in need.

I have a calendar entry today for an order of banana bread and Orange Loaf Cake with Chocolate Glaze. I don't know who the order is for. Husband is supposed to pick up order between 3:30 and 4:30 this afternoon. Please let me know if it's you, thanks!

The holidays are upon us, and I have openings next week, December 19 through December 22nd!
How about French toast made with my raisin Challah? Or soft dinner rolls to enhance your holiday supper? My sourdough is the perfect accompaniment for winter soups and my orange or gingerbread loaf cakes make a delicious ending to any meal!

I made a Zucchini Loaf and Cinnamon Buns with Pecans this afternoon. The Zucchini loaf is made with sourdough starter, which you can't taste, but makes the cake moist and dense. Lots of flavors in it: vanilla, nutmeg, lemon zest, lemon oil, walnuts and, of course, shredded Zucchini!
I have the 13, 14, and 15 open for orders!
