For those of you who saw me buying Lion’s Mane mushrooms at EatLoco Farmers Markets today from Three Cap Farms, this is the “meaty” application I was telling you about. Looks just like chicken and has the same texture. I roasted it, pressed it, and seared it. Fun!

Menu:
1. Pies- limited quantity of Gluten free Apple, GF Cherry-Berry, GF/DF Pumpkin (contains coconut and oat), regular Apple crumb, Cherry berry crumb, minis of both flavors, and pumpkin. Will freeze well!
2. Cinnamon rolls! Both fresh singles and 4 packs (4 packs will be frozen for holiday ease)
3. Bacon Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies
4. Ridiculous Fall Snack mix- both GF and regular versions
5. Homemade Cranberry Sauce- Whole Berry
6. Espresso marshmallow/shortbread candy bars
7. Hot cocoa mix and gift baskets!
8. Marshmallows: Cranberry Apple, margarita, grape, and blueberry lavender flavors.

Come see me Saturday 10-5 AND Sunday 10-4 at the Dulles Expo Center for the Chocolate and Coffee Expo! It is truly an amazing event, if you love coffee and chocolate, and who doesn’t?! I am way in the very back by the restrooms (unless I get moved, which is possible. lol)
I have all sorts of delicious seasonal goodies including:

I had the pleasure of making this Vegan chocolate and Vanilla cake for a wonderful sweet 16 year old that I know. She has allergies to eggs, dairy, and nuts, and as an allergy mom myself, I was happy to make her a safe cake.
