Hello hello! I am officially going to be opening up new deliveries. For those who have been here over the few years, you will notice a small change in prices. For all the beautiful new customers, this is my menu!

I haven’t gone up once in the last three years, but if I’m gonna make this labor fulfilling for all I have to move with the economy. As you know this is a one woman show and I am hand shaping, baking, and delivering.

I wanna see this bagel shaped empire of mine grow and continue to serve you all the elevated bagels you deserve. So please reach out and let’s get you on my calendar for your next bandita drop off!

Hi my beautiful bagel people! Some changes will be coming up in the next few weeks which will allow me more time to assess my empire.

Just a little reminder that I am a one woman show and my two (tiny but mighty) hands have mixed, shaped, rolled, boiled, and baked each and every bagel. This labor is one of love and I hope that you can taste and feel the amount of love, time, and energy put into each bite.

To be transparent, I’m endlessly tired and spend some days questioning if all this work is worth it. Small businesses are no joke and when you are your business it can feel thankless.

However, I am not ready to give up! I love what I do and knowing that I can be a small part of what makes someone’s day more enjoyable.

SO, I am working to grow this lil business in a thoughtful, honest, and sustainable way. In the coming weeks I will be reopening up more bagel and cookie deliveriesto your doorsteps. So please reach out and let me know what things you would like to see.

And don’t worry, as always you will be able to go to places like and to pick up your favorite bagels too!

Had a couple bagels turn flagels today but I refused to get rid of them! So I turned them into little toasted sesame cinnamon sugar bites. They are way yummier than expected and may need to become a new staple. Samples at until they run out.

Hiiiiii! It’s almost June which means PRIDE MONTH babies! As a reminder I am a one woman show and every single bagel that has gone out into this world has been made by my little hands.

Celebrating my being a Q***r woman by adding the labor of rainbow bagels is something I wouldn’t ever pass up. But it a labor of love and requires so much extra time and energy to fulfill. But being proud of exactly who I am and celebrating exactly who so many of us are deserves all the time and energy in the world.

I encourage you all to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community throughout June and beyond. The world (and this country) is a scary place for so many people in this community. It can feel hard to find a place to feel like you can really make your mark. For me it’s the power and equalizing abilities in food. I am a firm believer that bread can solve just about anything and to “break bread” with others can truly change the world. (and let’s be real rainbow bread is just prettier so it’s really a no brainer!!)
